Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Access Audit is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our own platform. As an accessibility company, we hold ourselves to the highest standard.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We regularly audit our own platform using Access Audit's scanning engine and manual testing procedures. Our conformance status is "partially conforming" — we meet the majority of Level AA criteria and are actively working to address any remaining gaps.
Measures Taken
- Regular automated accessibility scanning of all pages
- Manual testing with keyboard navigation and screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver)
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and ARIA attributes
- Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.2 AA requirements
- Responsive design that works across devices and viewport sizes
- Focus management for interactive components (modals, dropdowns, forms)
- Alternative text for all informational images
- Form labels and error messages for all input fields
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas may not be fully accessible:
- Complex data visualizations (score charts, issue breakdowns) may not convey all information to screen reader users. We provide text alternatives where possible.
- Some third-party components (Stripe payment forms) have their own accessibility characteristics that we cannot fully control.
- PDF reports are generated with accessibility features but may not meet all PDF/UA requirements.
